At Beata Clasp®, our team believes that safety starts with empathy. This trio brings together three unique perspectives — nurses advocating for nurses, nurses advocating for patients, and patients advocating for patients.
Each of us shares one mission: to bring safety back to the bedside. Whether it’s through innovation, education, or personal experience, we’re united in making hospital care safer, calmer, and more connected for both patients and the nurses who care for them — all around the world.

Lenore Henning, RN — President & Inventor
For more than 50 years, Lenore has dedicated her life to nursing and patient safety. As the inventor of the Beata Clasp®, she transformed a simple idea into a powerful tool that helps prevent patient injury and creates safer, calmer hospital rooms.
Known as a true patient advocate, Lenore believes safety isn’t just a checklist — it’s a culture. Her goal is to help every nurse and patient experience care that’s organized, proactive, and free from preventable harm.
Her legacy continues to shape how hospitals think about risk reduction and workflow safety — one bedside at a time.

Anne Henning, RN — CEO & Director of International Marketing
Anne is proud to follow in her mother’s footsteps. After 12 years as an oncology nurse and unit supervisor, she saw firsthand how disorganization at the bedside could impact both nurse workflow and patient comfort.
Now leading Beata Clasp’s international marketing efforts, Anne brings her clinical experience and entrepreneurial spirit to hospitals worldwide. She’s passionate about simplifying care for nurses, making every shift safer, smoother, and more rewarding.
Anne believes that when nurses have the right tools and inspiration, they deliver the very best version of themselves — and the Beata Clasp® helps make that possible.

Micah Burton — Regional Account Director
When Micah became a patient in April 2025, after a serious accident left him in the ICU, he gained a whole new appreciation for the nursing profession. He noticed how something as simple as organized cords could have improved his peace of mind and made care easier for his nurses.
Now, with a background in finance and a heart for healthcare, Micah helps hospitals bring the Beata Clasp® to their units. He’s driven by a simple mission: to make sure every patient and nurse can experience safer, more organized care — the kind that made such a difference during his own recovery.
