We’re excited to have you join our mission to improve patient safety through the Beata Clasp and the Line Management Awareness Program. Please follow the steps below to get fully set up and ready to make your first sale.


Step 1: Download and Complete Required Sales Forms

To get started, please download and complete the Commission Sales Agreement Contract, along with the appropriate tax form below:

  • U.S.-Based Reps: Complete the 1099 Independent Contractor Agreement

  • International Reps: Complete the W-8BEN Form (for our records only, not submitted to the IRS)

✅ Step 2: Set Up Commission Payment

  • Fill out your preferred Commission Payment Setup Form

  • You can list multiple payment methods as backups

✅ Step 3: Get Your Email Set Up

  • We’ll create a custom Zoho email address for you (e.g., firstname@beataclasp.com)

  • This will keep your professional communication aligned with our brand

Please submit your preferred display name and personal backup email to contact@beataclasp.com.


✅ Step 4: Order Your Business Cards (Optional)

  • Use our Canva template to design your custom cards

  • After purchase, send us your receipt and we’ll reimburse up to $30

✅ Step 5: Your First Sales Targets

To make your first sale, we recommend reaching out to the following roles at your target facility:

  • Industrial Hygienist

  • Patient Safety Officer

  • Infection Control

  • Education/Staff Development

Tip: Keep track of your contacts, outreach, and sales in Zoho CRM. This helps us ensure proper credit and support.
